Here is how it works

 

Step 1 – Book the Event

You contact us to arrange the details of the event – date, number of guests, preferred menu etc..etc..  50% deposit required to book the event.

Step 2 – That’s it…

About 3 hours before the event, at the designated time and place, Fat Les’s team will show up with a 24′ catering trailer. We take care of everything & you relax. Remainder of agreed fee is required before serving.
